In addition to the Support services provided by our technical support team, the TikitTFB User Association,
an independent organisation run and led by users in conjunction with TikitTFB, provides a great deal of support for the Partner for Windows community through its events. The user group has grown in popularity amongst our user base and has become a fundamental part of the way TikitTFB work, develop and communicate with our clients.

Now covering five regions across the UK - London, the Midlands, the South West and Wales, the North and Scotland, the user group events allow our users to:

Share knowledge and understanding of Partner for Windows with other users

Contribute to product development through user lead focus groups

Learn by attending bespoke seminars and workshops

Listen to independent thought from speakers from within the Legal and IT industries
There are two main user group events every year; the Local Meetings and the National Conference held in May/June and November/December respectively. Both events are designed to educate users on all aspects of product, service and industry developments, and provide unique opportunities to network directly within the Partner for Windows community.
Becoming a Member
As the user group is an independent and self-funded organisation, there is a small annual fee per firm to become a member. This will allow anyone from your firm to attend both the local and national meetings at a significantly reduced rate.
