With firms now wishing to electronically file letters and documents against a client and matter, the facility to capture and place paper-based information into an electronic case flow significantly increases the ability to effectively manage the storage and retrieval of documentation.  Postroom Partner enables a firm to reduce the risk of documents being misplaced by streamlining the way in which they are handled.

Once the documents have been scanned in, the comprehensive allocation functions in Postroom Partner provide for flexibility with regard to where each document should be sent and stored as well as whether time should be attached and a user notified of its delivery.  All items stored in Postroom Partner can be printed from the allocations screen.  When a user is notified by email of an allocation to one or several of their matters, that user can access the document via the included link which will automatically open the correct work flow.
