Sending case documents by post is increasingly becoming a slow, expensive and out-dated method of communication, with the norm now being email. To date, one of the main barriers to law firms sending letters by email is ensuring the document has the correct header and footer information, has a signature, has no sensitive metadata and is protected from change.

Partner for Windows PDF Manager is an optional extension to Partner for Windows Case Manager, designed to reduce the time and cost associated with processing and disseminating case documents. At its simplest, PDF Manager can be used as a way to attach a completed case step to an HTML email, or to radically change the workflow to automatically email merged documents based on client preferences or the nature of the document.
