Features for 2011
TikitTFB Support Clinic
TikitTFB Support Clinic allows delegates to speak directly with members of the TikitTFB Support team taking advantage of one-to-one support there and then. There will be representatives from the Applications, Accounts and Technical support teams so whatever query you may have, help will be on hand.
The support time given at the conference is complimentary and has no relation to your firm's maintenance contract however they can only deal with minor queries and any major issues will need to be submitted through the usual channels via phoning the helpdesk or through the Client Portal.
Partner Bingo
We will be running the Partner Bingo scheme again this year. Simply get your bingo card stamped by all the exhibitors to be entered into the prize draw!! Winner will be announced on the 28th November 2011.
