TikitTFB’s Support Team Achieve Outstanding Call Response Results in 2011

To help clients get the most from their legal IT systems, TikitTFB’s team of trained specialists are on hand to offer their expertise in relation to Partner for Windows technical and applications support queries.

As part of the team’s commitment to further enhance the support and maintenance service and to continually provide outstanding customer care, surveys are conducted on a monthly basis. Measuring overall customer satisfaction, this research focuses on response and fix times which helps us to determine ways to improve the service further.

Miles Osborne, Support Manager, TikitTFB commented “2011 has been a busy year for us as we push to maintain the high levels of support our clients have come to expect from TikitTFB. I’m pleased to say all our key performance targets have been met in 2011 and we’re already looking at how we can further enhance the support we provide clients in 2012.”

The surveys throughout the year demonstrate over 90%*of clients felt the support service was either excellent or good. Recent examples from surveys submitted in October and November include, Louise Holmes from Bates & Mountain who said “I would like to say how impressed I am with the response I have received to the e-mail I sent to the helpdesk yesterday. The customer service I have experienced since has been second to none and I really appreciate it. Thank you very much to the team at TikitTFB for all your help”. Tikit's new CRM, the game-changer for Professional Services firms

London, 20^th July, 2011, Tikit Group today launches Tikit ClientConnect, its new marketing and Client Relationship Management (CRM) system for law firms.

Comprising contact management, business development, sales and marketing support, reporting and e-marketing, Tikit ClientConnect has been described as a game-changer for law firms. It combines professional standard, firm-wide marketing and CRM functionality with a low cost of ownership and ease of implementation.

Designed for law firms by legal IT specialists, Tikit ClientConnect builds upon Tikit's 16 years plus experience of CRM implementation and support to deliver a system that is both quick to deliver, easy to use and offers low cost of ownership. For most firms the implementation process, from installation to go-live, should take less than a third of the time taken for a traditional CRM system and, therefore, the cost is substantially reduced. As for training, anyone who can use Microsoft Outlook can also use Tikit ClientConnect. In fact, the entire application, including the e-marketing element, appears as just another part of Outlook for each user.

Although primarily designed for SME law firms that have previously not implemented CRM systems because of their complexity and price, the system will also appeal to larger firms, looking for an alternative to their existing platform. In particular, a full audit trail removes the need for elaborate data change management processes (as well as the additional cost of employing data stewards) while the Outlook interface means individuals only need be added to the system once before their data can be shared across Tikit ClientConnect. The familiar interface also supports standard Outlook searches across the database, thereby providing a, who-knows-who facility, as well as a quick and convenient way to access all client and matter data.

TikitTFB Team Up with Leading South Coast Law Firm in LexisNexis Swap Out

Fareham 23rd June 2011 – One of the South Coast’s leading law firms has chosen TikitTFB as their new solution provider after deciding to move away from their Axxia system provided by LexisNexis.

Eric Robinson Solicitors, a 130 user practice who provide a range of private and commercial legal services to the South Coast region, have chosen to implement Partner for Windows from TikitTFB. Along with full case and practice management capabilities, the new system will provide the firm with intelligent email and document capture, seamless integration with BigHand digital dictation, online case tracking for clients and eMarketing capabilities using Tikit’s eMerge solution.

In addition, to support their highly successfully Legal Aid practice, Partner for Windows’ comprehensive LSC functionality will help to streamline the labour-intensive administration of publicly-funded cases.

The firm embarked on a rigorous review process of vendors, including Pilgrim, IRIS and LexisNexis, after attending the Legal IT Show in 2010. They assessed a number of Partner for Windows reference sites and attended the TikitTFB 2010 User Group meeting, before completing the selection process.

Record Attendance at the 2011 TikitTFB Local User Group Meetings

Fareham 19th May 2010 –The TikitTFB User Association have had a record breaking start to the 2011 series of Local User Group meetings, with 51 delegates attending the London meeting last week and 60 people attending the Northern meeting in Leeds on Tuesday.

Held at the Hesperia Hotel, London Victoria, and the Park Plaza, Leeds, the London and Northern events conclude the first half of four regional events following the highly successful two-day National User Conference at the end of 2010.

Ron Voden, CEO of Heringtons Solicitors and both London and National User Group Chairman comments, “The local meetings play such an important role in providing face-to-face contact with fellow users and TikitTFB. It’s vital that as users, we have the ability to contribute to the way in which TikitTFB products and services are developed and delivered in the future and such events provide a perfect platform on which to do so.”
