	As part of the team&amp;rsquo;s commitment to further enhance the support and maintenance service and to continually provide outstanding customer care, surveys are conducted on a monthly basis. Measuring overall customer satisfaction, this research focuses on response and fix times which helps us to determine ways to improve the service further.&lt;br /&gt;

	Comprising contact management, business development, sales and marketing support, reporting and e-marketing, Tikit ClientConnect has been described as a game-changer for law firms. &amp;nbsp;It combines professional standard, firm-wide marketing and CRM functionality with a low cost of ownership and ease of implementation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	Designed for law firms by legal IT specialists, Tikit ClientConnect builds upon Tikit&amp;#39;s 16 years plus experience of CRM implementation and support to deliver a system that is both quick to deliver, easy to use and offers low cost of ownership. For most firms the implementation process, from installation to go-live, should take less than a third of the time taken for a traditional CRM system and, therefore, the cost is substantially reduced. As for training, anyone who can use Microsoft Outlook can also use Tikit ClientConnect. 	Eric Robinson Solicitors, a 130 user practice who provide a range of private and commercial legal services to the South Coast region, have chosen to implement Partner for Windows from TikitTFB. 	&lt;strong&gt;Fareham 19th May 2010&lt;/strong&gt; &amp;ndash;The TikitTFB User Association have had a record breaking start to the 2011 series of Local User Group meetings, with 51 delegates attending the London meeting last week and 60 people attending the Northern meeting in Leeds on Tuesday.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	Held at the Hesperia Hotel, London Victoria, and the Park Plaza, Leeds, the London and Northern events conclude the first half of four regional events following the highly successful two-day National User Conference at the end of 2010.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	Ron Voden, CEO of Heringtons Solicitors and both London and National User Group Chairman comments, &amp;ldquo;The local meetings play such an important role in providing face-to-face contact with fellow users and TikitTFB.
