Simon Hill, Managing Director
Simon has been involved in the legal technology sector for over the past 20 years and has successfully overseen an aggressive growth strategy aimed at consolidating TikitTFB's position as a pre-eminent supplier of IT solutions within the legal market, and maintaining the company's position at the forefront of the latest technology trends and developments.
Managing Director of TikitTFB since May 1999, Simon began his career at TikitTFB as a Sales Executive in 1989; soon after he was appointed to the positions of Southern Regional Manager and National Sales Manager.In 1995, Simon was promoted to Sales Director and it was in this role that he played a key part in the sales and development of TikitTFB's market-leading applications.
Simon continues to manage the day to day and strategic direction of TikitTFB as well as overseeing the service delivery of each of Tikit's business sector teams in his role as Professional Services Director.
Mark Garnish, Business Development Director
Mark has an extensive technical background and played a major part in the early development and subsequent success of Partner for Windows as a leading case and practice management system. Mark has always maintained a close relationship with the TikitTFB client base, ensuring the company stays attuned to market needs and ahead of our competitors in terms of product innovation and development.
Mark joined TikitTFB in 1984 to support and install early debt collection and conveyancing systems, and during this time, he wrote and designed a barcoded time recording system that is still in use in many practices across the UK. In 1989 he was promoted to Installation Manager and soon after was appointed Technical Services Manager. He assumed responsibility for software development shortly before development started on Partner for Windows, heading up the company’s in-house Development Team throughout the product’s development.
More recently Mark has taken responsibility for all of Tikit’s software development as well as continuing to develop and maintain key technical partnerships within TikitTFB.
Adrian Jones, Product and Development Director
Adrian has successfully led the development of Partner for Windows over the past five years and has played a key role in advancing the LSC and automation capabilities of the system. This has included designing new features such as Step Automation Manager, LSC Bulk Reconciliation modules and more recently the new Purchase Ledger.
After working for Sage for 10 years, Adrian joined TikitTFB in 2001. As Product Manager he was responsible for managing many of the popular third-party solution integrations Partner for Windows offers. In 2005, Adrian was appointed Development Manager where he took overall control for the ongoing development of Partner for Windows.
As Product and Development Director, Adrian leads a team of skilled individuals who are committed to developing a solution that is rich in functionality yet user friendly. Adrian has cultivated key relationships with external bodies such as the LSC and the Law Society to ensure TikitTFB software is compliant and always up-to-date with legislative changes.
Richard Higgs, Sales Director
Richard has over 20 years experience in the legal IT market and his continued success is attributed to his extensive knowledge of Partner for Windows, his willingness to understand the individual needs of clients and his ability to develop strong client relationships.
Richard began his career in 1989 working for a major competitor before joining Avenue Legal Systems in 1990. He was responsible for developing the company's client base in the Northern region from a standing start to over 100 clients within 3 years. Avenue was acquired by TikitTFB in 2001 and in 2007 he was appointed Sales Director.
Richard now leads an experienced and dedicated sales team committed to delivering the very best in legal IT solutions, whilst continuing to develop and maintain client relationships across TikitTFB’s growing customer base.
